Privacy policy

The Urban Kinetics ("we") runs theurbankinetics.com and its apps. This page explains what we collect, why, and who helps us run the service.

What we collect. When you book, join a class, apply to coach, send a company enquiry, leave a review or build a free plan, we store what you enter: your name, phone number, email, city and the details of your request. For the free 30-day plan this includes your age, height, weight, food preferences, allergies and any health factors you choose to share.

Why. To confirm and run your sessions, send your session invites, build your plan, reply to you and improve the service. We never sell your information and we don't show adverts.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment window and never reach our servers. We receive the payment reference and amount so we can confirm your booking.

Session invites. Sessions run on Google Meet. When you book, we send a Google Calendar invite with your Meet link to the email you gave us. Your name and email are shared with Google for this purpose and with the coach assigned to your session.

Where it lives. Bookings and enquiries are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, and are only visible to our team. Your free plan, workout log, check-ins and bodyweight history are stored in your own browser on your device, not on our servers, unless you choose to send them to us.

How long. We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we work with you and up to 24 months after, except where the law requires us to keep payment records longer. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Cookies. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We store settings in your browser so the site remembers you, and we count anonymous page views to understand what people use.
