The Urban Kinetics sells online coaching services only. Nothing is shipped.

How services are delivered. Every session and class takes place live over Google Meet. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we email you a Google Calendar invite with your session time and your Meet link. Free plans are delivered instantly on the website and can be downloaded.

When. Paid bookings are confirmed the moment payment succeeds, and the invite is sent straight away. Free calls and free first classes are confirmed as soon as you book. Coached memberships start within 24 hours of payment, when your coach contacts you to set up your plan.

Where. Sessions can be joined from anywhere with an internet connection, on a phone, tablet or computer.
