Online boxing classes, one to one

Stance, footwork and clean combinations, coached live. A great workout that keeps your head busy.

What you learn

Stance and guard first, then footwork, the jab, cross, hooks and uppercuts, slips and rolls. Once the basics hold up, your coach builds rounds: three minutes on, one off, with combinations called out live.

What you need

A space about two metres square and a pair of hand wraps. A heavy bag or a pair of gloves helps but is not required. Shadow boxing done properly is hard work.

Who it is for

Beginners who want a workout that is not a treadmill, people who want fitness with a skill attached, and anyone who has had a stressful day. There is no sparring and no contact.
